GreatStayed with friends
Very nice home and property. Great value. Seems like an excellent location for visiting Aberdeen. Hosts were great. Parking was easy (and free).
Only one minor issue. Our room was in the front of the house which is on a very busy street. So with our window open (it was unseasonably warm during our trip) there was quite a bit of traffic noise.

FantasticSolo stay
This was a lovely wee family-run hotel that is extremely well located for the University of Aberdeen and some of the historic sites in that area. I rented the single bedroom with ensuite toilet and shower, which was very good for solo-traveller. The bed was nice and comfy and the room had a small table and plenty of storage for clothes. There was also a small ironing board and hair-dryer. The shower was nice and hot, with good strong water pressure, so ideal. The cooked breakfasts were delicious! Especially the cheese omelette. Steven the owner was super nice.

FantasticStayed with family · For friends and family
The room was comfortable and had a great shower. Tea and coffee making facilities were appreciated. The breakfast was fabulous and we were accommodated a little earlier than usual as we had an early event to attend at Aberdeen Sports Village. I can recommend the porridge for breakfast. The B & B location couldn’t have been better for us since we had an event at Aberdeen Sports Village. I would be happy to stay here again.
