Absolute nightmare is the only description I can give and I would apologise for not being professional as a seasoned traveller but I WONT !
• No towels provided without virtually having to beg for them .
• Tiles broken in shower cubicle.
• Dirty mattresses.
• Air con not working.
• Lift, only space for one person and a suitcase.
• Staff simply unwilling to help.
This hotel should not be on your site and travellers need to be aware.

I wish I could give this 0 star. No towels. Had to ask 3 times. The staff is rude. Night staff guy has some personal issues. . No room service. No iron . No nothing . Avoid at all cost. The lower price will attract to book this hotel . There are many option near by . Never will stay here again .

The hotel is good for its price as well as Taksim location but the surrounding area is not a nice one. There are many cafes and 24/7 markets but the street is smelly and dirty. There are also all kinds of people around day and night, walking at night is not unsafe but it feels like it.

I didn't like anything of this horrible hotel. It's cheap but isn't worth it. The bathroom ceiling was black because of the mold. I don't wanna continue because I feel depresed 😔

This hotel is nothing like the photos it’s a very rundown place the area is terrible my advice as a regular Traveler do not stay here do you only thing that was good was the staff very friendly other than this disgusting

Too much noise 24 hours especially mid night, arguments and shouting down the road, electricity cut, very weak and regular cut with the internet service, bed sheets and towels are so dirty and not clean at all , even after I mentioned that to the reception on many occasions
