とても良いホテルなので、ここ何年も宿泊しています。 以前は朝食が美味しくてこのホテルを選んでいたのですが、来年も宿泊するつもりですが、朝食はもう頼まないかもしれません。

お風呂のロッカーの鍵なぜ変えないの？ タオルや下着持ってお風呂に入ったら100円玉？お風呂に財布なんか持って行かないから、わざわざ部屋に取りに戻りました。 「エレベーターにも記載してる」とか言わないでくださいね。言いたいのはロッカーくらい買いなさいって事。 鍵を手に巻くのも古い。 ダイヤルにしなさい。 理由はサウナで鍵が肌に触れた時、火傷するからです。 サウナ施設で剥き出しの鍵は全国どこにも無いですよ！ トラブルになる前に。 4/21に朝食を2階で食べました。 コーヒー飲もうとしてボタンを押したらカップ半分以下の量でした。 女性のスタッフにコレしかでないんか？ と聞いたら「んーそうですね。。」との事。 正解は「確かに少ないですね！後ほど設定確認します。ありがとうございます」が正解。 もしくは「担当者に伝えて確認します」でも良いです。 次行った時に直ってなかったら、もう行く事は無いし会社関係でも共有させて頂きます。

Good points: *Quiet room and quite large (501) *Clean room *Good water pressure *Nice towels *Comfortable bed *Very good breakfast buffet *Attentive staff *Handy location Not so good points: *WiFi doesn't work *Room was cold but thermostat is locked needs to be changed in the office, staff changed it for me and brought blankets to the room. *No phone in room to contact reception *Aircon was noisy. After the room was warmed up, I switched it off.
