スタッフは、チェックイン・チェックアウトの対応や、こちらの質問に対して、にこやかに回答していただきました。 施設の古さは否めないですが、私の宿泊した部屋はきれいに整っていました。 朝ごはんのビュッフェも食べたいものが食べられて良かったです。

少し旧いですが、立地も良く、高知を代表するホテルだけに接遇も素晴らしいです。ただ一つだけ、室温が調整できなかったことだけが残念でした。次にまた高知に行く時は利用したいホテルです。

高知駅からは少し遠いですが、路面電車の高知城からすぐ、ひろめ市場や図書館、アーケード街も近くて便利でした。朝食を楽しみにしていて、シェフのオムレツはできたてで美味しく和洋ともに食べられて満足です！新聞が読めるのも嬉しかったです。

The hotel is trying its best with the severely outdated property. Staff is friendly but the whole hotel just needs a top to bottom refresh. They’re trying to cater to weddings, but the place does not have the romantic or elegant vibe at all.

Although this hotel may not be the newest one on the block, the facility and cleanliness were excellent. But what I was impressed with was the staff members' professionalism and helpfulness. They went above and beyond to help me whenever I had questions. The hotel also comes with an excellent restaurant. Their lunch and desserts are great. If I come back to Kochi, I will stay here again. Thank you very much for making my business trip comfortable and enjoyable.
