Hotel was great location. Had troubles with our air but moved to another room and it was musty. Staff were a bit stiff and not very friendly. Otherwise great stay and lovely location

Breakfast was outstanding. Air conditioning was not 5 star but not bad. Cleanliness was excellent. Staff were very helpful and when the phone system was not working, housekeeping came to the room to check everything was Ok.

We booked in on Thursday 25th June and departed on Sunday 28th June. I was genuinely surprised to learn that the rooms are not cleaned daily and that bins are not emptied as standard during a guest stay. On Saturday, I specifically requested for our room to be serviced, however the result was extremely disappointing. The bed had not been properly made, the used cups were left uncleaned, and the tea and coffee facilities were not replenished. It felt like the request had only been partially completed with very little attention to detail. I travel extensively and stay in hotels for around six months of the year, so I fully understand different hotel standards and operating models. Unfortunately, this stay fell well below expectations and was a disappointing experience overall.

Clean and adequate double room for an overnight stay in London, ironing board , iron & hair dryer , along with fresh cold water available. We did not use any of the facilities I.E bar or breakfast. Air conditioning was just working

Fantastic
Hotel is on a great location. Rooms are bright spacious and clean with all the amenities needed. The air con was very welcome in the 37degree heat. Staff were super helpful and check in/out very easy. I would highly recommend.

Solo stay

My room was on floor 7 with a beautiful view of St. Paul’s Cathedral. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel itself, is in a great location and the staff are warm and welcoming. I loved this place and would definitely stay here again.
