Fantastic
The staff let me check in early during an emergency and let me pay the early check in fee the next day. Nice room affordable room in diamond district not far from a mall and train. The brought water every day and building had washer and dryer plus change when you needed it and best of all room was bug free and clean

The photos are extremely misleading. While it looks like some rooms may have been renovated, the room I stayed in felt very outdated, like something from the 1990s. There was mold on the ceiling near the AC, and I noticed clumps of hair along the walls, which made the space feel unclean. Overall, everything felt old and dusty, almost like staying in a relative’s house that hasn’t been updated in years. If that’s the kind of vibe you’re going for, this might work for you. The room did include basic amenities like a refrigerator, bottled water, and small soap bars, but even those felt worn and not well maintained. My experience wasn’t terrible, but it definitely wasn’t good either. For the price, you get exactly what you pay for. The biggest issue was the service. The cleaning staff were kind and helpful, but the front desk staff were quite the opposite. They came across as rude and made it feel like you were bothering them when asking simple questions. Overall, this has been one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve had so far in Thailand.

Probably as low as hotels go. You get what you pay, and compromises were not only at every turn, but always in your face. I needed to extend my stay in Thailand because a flat renovation delay prevented me from returning to Fiji as scheduled. I selected budget hotels for a month in Bangkok, splurging some weekends at moderately expensive ones. The first hotel was poor, with my window overlooking a couple levels of a parking garage, and the second was little better and out of the way. At the third rooms had not windows; guests learn only after arriving. I attempted to find Hotel Win Long on my own, looking for an OYO sign. I came close with the help of navigation and getting directions from scooter drivers. But to find the hotel required getting a taxi, with the driver going by building numbers and street names/numbers, turning at a small sidewalk sign reading "Win Long Place Hotel" down an alleyway with the building hidden from street view and a small "Oyo" sign by the door. The picture is deceptive, taken from one side of an alley. The building is old, maybe 1950s, with air conditioners, refrigerators and TVs out of the 1960s and 70s. Bathrooms are antiquated, with running toilets. In the "Superior Rooms" in a separate building constructed early this millennium, TVs and refrigerators are more contemporary. but if you choose to open windows there are no screens. If you like rugged nostalgia, stay here. For me, it was the happiest ever checkout.

I was grateful for the early check-in at 11am. But this property has both a stylish new building well-designed and a shabby old building. Only the photos of the new building are shown - so even if the text for your booking says 'old building' you will still be expecting what you can see in the 'new building' photos shown on the property's listing on Hotels.com - I had to wait a day to talk with a very amenable owner/manager who switched me to a new room but I had to spend 1 night in the old block as the reception staff wouldn't/couldn't switch me.. The owner said he would aim for clarity in 2019 regarding the photos that can be seen on Hotels.com and the choice of room - new building or old building - the customer can make
