Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing.
On the first day, my room was not cleaned at all. The second day, I went out and came back, and it still hadn’t been cleaned. When I asked housekeeping, I was told that my room was scheduled to be cleaned around 4:00 PM. After asking several more times, someone finally came, but it shouldn’t have taken repeated requests.
I stayed in a ground-floor poolside room, and the outdoor area was not well maintained. The patio railing, chairs, and surrounding area were covered with bird droppings, making it unpleasant to sit outside or enjoy the space.
Overall, the housekeeping service and cleanliness did not meet the standard I expected, which made the stay much less enjoyable.
