The breakfast was amazing!! The hotel was lovely - clean with friendly staff. The restroom was spacious and convenient. But my favorite aspect was the breakfast which was excellent every morning. Large variety of delicious food items.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was neat and clean. We enjoyed the massage chair too after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel was in a great location to see Himeji Castle and lots of great eating spots.

Todo genial con el hotel El desayuno buffet estaba amplio La habitación estábamos de buen tamaño con una maleta de cabina. Lo unico es que el aire acondicionado es central no hay forma de apagarlo en época de lluvia fuera de quitar la llave de la habitación y quedarte a oscuras

I have stayed at this hotel brand multiple times in Japan, and everything was fine until this parking guy. He was the rudest person I have ever met here. He kept a straight face the whole time and barked orders like an ICE agent: “Hey! Get the luggage out! Hey!! You need to drive your car in the garage yourself! Now!” This man lacks the most basic respect for guests. The stay itself would have been a 4.5 star rating without him. Avoid if you value polite service.
