Stayed with partner

The hotel was a little dated and in need of some minor maintenance but was very central and within walking distance to many sites and shopping areas. The real star of the show though was the hotel staff, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and helped us arrange additional services, contact grab, and constantly recommended spots that were favorites among locals. Special shout out to the front desk staff for being so accommodating both in English and Vietnamese with the many odd requests we had during our trip.

Everything was great staff very very helpful on my last day I asked for late checkout due to my flight was leaving at night for a small fee it was arranged. The bed is a little hard but they supply pillow top for you if required. Good location close to Ben Thanh market and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Solo stay

The hotel's location is great, within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. I personally like the firmness of the mattress, but they say they can provide a mattress topper. Traffic noise could be heard, but at night it was not that bad, and on the 4th floor it was quite okay. I had a good night. I had an early flight the next day, and the staff provided me with a light but satisfying breakfast. They are very professional and polite. I recommend the hotel.
