食事時の配膳してくださった方々の素敵な対応で、とても嬉しい気分になりました。 ボンネットバスの運行があることは調べていたのですが、チェックイン時にまったく説明がなかったので、もう予約を受け付けていないのかな、とも思いましたが、それならその説明があれば良かったのにな、と思いました。 食事処と御手洗いの間に喫煙所があるので、食事中に御手洗いに行くと、少々残念な気持ちになります。 でも、それを上回るほどの温泉と、接客！ ありがとうございました。また、機会があれば行きたいです！

之前曾入住，當時可以在傳統嘅日本枱食晚餐，一路睇住燒魚，一邊食晚飯。但今次沒有安排。我發現只給日本人才有。

Customized welcome with our names written at entrance - felt like a special welcome! Hotel staff was helpful in providing directions to nearby attractions and spots to visit. Hotel environment felt like home pretty much, hotel staff sent us all the way to room, made us tea and brifed us where all things are. Dining experience is good also - perfect food, environment and services! Public baths are wonderful also with good scene and special lift experience!
