Good
I originally booked a two-night stay but had to extend it by two more nights due to the SeaWorld power outage. I understand the hotel may have been overbooked because I booked through Expedia, but the way the situation was handled was very disappointing. After checking out Sunday morning, we packed all our belongings only to be told we could stay in the same room. Then we were given a key and asked to check if the room was ready. When my husband opened the door, another guest was still inside and became understandably upset. This is a serious safety and privacy concern. We were promised our room would be ready when we returned around 11 p.m., but there was still confusion about whether we even had a room. They eventually comped our parking, which I appreciated, but it didn’t make up for the inconvenience. We were traveling with a 9-month-old and a 4-year-old, so repeatedly packing and moving our belongings was exhausting. We paid over $341 per night for the same Two Queen Balcony room and expected a much smoother experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, quiet, and clean, but there were no ice machines or microwaves, so we had to call housekeeping whenever we needed either. The shower water pressure was also very weak. Overall, the property is nice, but the poor communication, disorganization, and issuing a key to an occupied room overshadowed our stay.

Good
My friends and I stayed here for two nights. Overall, it was an okay stay—not bad, but there are a few things worth mentioning for anyone considering booking. The rooms were clean, and the pool was open and easy to access, which we enjoyed, however the bar at pool is always closed - only open for special events. You would need to order at the restaurant in the hotel. One thing that was a little disappointing was the restaurant service. When I called, I was told they only had one server working the floor, which explained why no one was answering the restaurant phone. The hotel advertises poolside service, but because they were short-staffed, they couldn’t come out to take our order. It wasn’t a huge deal—I just had to go inside to place our food and drink order—but I was dripping wet from the pool, so it felt a little awkward walking through the restaurant like that. The waitress seemed fairly new, but she was friendly and did her best. The food was actually very good, and they brought everything out to the pool once it was ready, although there was an additional service charge. Also, don’t expect bell service or valet. You’ll need to bring your own luggage to your room. All not a big issue for us, but it’s something to be aware of before you arrive. Overall, we had a decent stay. The hotel was clean, the food was good, and despite being short-staffed, the employees were pleasant. A few service improvements would make the experience better.

Good
The property was really pretty and looked clean overall but we noticed trash on the exterior of the building that sat from the time we arrived until the time we left. Also, the floor in our bathroom was also full of hair upon arrival and there was noticeable hair in the shower. On the last day we had a spider in our room. Staff was nice and helpful. However, the lack of detailed cleanliness was annoying.

Clean room and the front desk was great. Major problem was the room service. We order breakfast. They messed up one of the order by giving double. When we had only ordered one. The person who brought up the food confirmed they made a mistake but still charged us for both even though it was their fault. I don’t think that’s good customer service. I didn’t make a fuss won’t be coming back because of that. If I made the mistake I understand charging me for both. But if you make the mistake why would you charge the customer for both. I guess that’s how they do it.

It was so much nicer than the pictures show. Very nice and quiet hotel. Never heard anyone or noises outside of our room. Definitely worth the visit

Everything was nice. However, the second day we noticed our car had a couple ants. We kept seeing them through your stay. When we got home and stared to clean out the car, that is when we saw a large amount of them. We were parked on the first spot east of the parking lot exit.

Our room was dusty and old chip bags and garbage behind the tv dresser. Tub was dirty and water drain was clogged.
