The location is fantastic and the staff are very kind and helpful! We had a private room so we didn’t feel unsafe. However the condition of the hostel and the cleanliness of the room could be vastly improved.

Fantastic
This place exceeded my expectations. Super clean, well appointed. Shame it didn't have a kitchen but the room was v modern and spacious. I was with my family (2 kids). The room next door were smoking weed and it was coming through. I told reception, they sent security up and the problem was solved. Staff were great - I really have few complaints.

Receptionist never there. No toilette paper in room. Homeless people sleeping in corridor and staying in reception.friends of guests sleeping for free in my room.
