We had a fantastic time at the Shangri-La. The staff were very attentive and supportive with any requests we had. We enjoyed the restaurants and spa. The hotel made our vacation in Hong Kong a great experience.

Below average
I have stayed at the shangri la hotels for years. This time I decided to stay at the Kowloon hotel. What a disaster. Their staff was rude and they have lacked the ability to be responsible and be accountable for the billing errors. I am extremely unhappy with the treatment and for them to offer a 50 % discount in a breakfast for all the stress and lack of professionalism is a slap in my face. I will not stay at this hotel ever again. Go to the Hong Kong island hotel instead.

Loved this hotel. We got the horizon room and the breakfast and happy hr each afternoon with free food and drinks was perfect. Convenient location right near train station and the harbour. Would recommend to anyone. Best place to stay while in hong kong, Kowloon area.
