This hotel advertises itself as a 4-star property, but in reality it felt closer to a 2-star experience at best. From the moment we arrived, there were multiple issues. There was no hot water, the bed sheets were dirty, and we had to request replacements. The walls were stained and poorly maintained, giving the entire property a neglected appearance. One of the rooms was completely unbearable due to a strong moldy smell, and we had to ask to be moved to another room. Even basic necessities were lacking — there were not enough towels provided for guests. Another disappointment was the lack of bottled water. When we asked if we could purchase some, we were told that the government does not allow the sale of plastic water bottles. However, restaurants nearby were selling bottled water without any issue, making that explanation difficult to believe. Overall, the hotel fell far below expectations and did not provide the level of comfort, cleanliness, or service that its rating suggests. I genuinely could not wait for the night to be over so I could leave the next morning. This hotel is absolutely not worth the price charged, and I would not recommend it . Employees were the best part of the hotel .

Hotel rooms have nice view of the hills. However it’s very hard to access the hotel. It’s inside an alleyway off Mall Road and no cars are allowed. We had to find and hire a coolie to carry our luggage. The mini fridge in the room did not work. The breakfast and high tea were ok. Staff is nice and helpful. Not too many good restaurants in this area of Mall Road.

Ellbee Hotel, Mussoorie offers a perfect blend of comfort and stunning views. The rooms are well equipped, staff is very friendly and helpful, food was delicious with hot breakfast and high tea was pleasant experience engaging with other travelers. Great location of mall road - gem hotel.

Excellent stay and food near mall road

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and friendly, whether at the front desk or the housekeeping. The room was comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient and quite. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Nice, clean rooms. Very good, attentive service! Advertised a terrace and nice view— those were both poor. Nice inside but poor outside space. But again, nice room and great service.

Room were clean and breakfast was yummy. Overall, a great stay!

Exceeded expectations! Beautiful property, fantastic staff, and delicious food. Highly recommend!
