Great

Solo stay

No frills but excellent location for a single traveler working or exploring London and nearby. Room was small but functional and clean. Bathroom was small but functional and clean. Great water pressure! For a budget solo work trip, I would stay again. There’s no AC and my room was a basement room with limited air flow. Fan in the room worked well enough.

Big positive: 2 easy blocks from Paddington station and right near Kensington Park. Accommodating staff, limited property. Beds are small. Bathroom and sink are tiny. Nowhere to hang towels. We visited during hot summer. The lights in bathroom generated unnecessary heat. Desk was useful workspace. Wifi was fine.

Hôtel bien situé, bien que secteur un peu bruyant (notre chambre donnait sur la rue). Pas d'air climatisé, nous avons souffert durant la canicule. Au moins, il y avait un ventilateur dans la chambre. Dommage, il n'y avait pas d'accroche disponible à la porte pour indiquer d'éviter le nettoyage durant le séjour (considérations d'écoresponsabilité).

BED BUGS! We had to leave after spending 2 nights and then finding bed bugs. Says there's A/C, there is not. It's hotter in the building than outside. It would have been nicer to sleep in Hyde Park.

Great location near Paddington along with Hyde Park & Kensington Gardens. Lots of dining options close by too. No Air Con and with 3 fire doors within a short hallway we couldn’t get any draft. They did have a fan in the room and the window opened a little bit. Tiny bathroom.

No AC so room (especially bathroom) was super hot. There was a fan and window opened, although it was so noisy outside. Small room for 5 people. Carpet runner in hallway kept tripping everybody. Great location, few minutes from Paddington station, Hyde park, etc.

Solo stay

I know that London is expensive and you get what you pay for. But I got bed bug bites all over my legs and back after one night at this hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay away!
