Absolutely terrible service. The smell in the rooms was disgusting. Charging $$ for water is awful. What do you pay for? I would never stay here again.

I loved the pool and the water station. Staff was on top about putting clean towels for guest. Staff were kind. Housekeeping was kind to ask if we needed anything. Overall it was great.

The lobby was nice. The room was fine. My biggest gripe was the TV was atrocious. The picture was super dark that you couldn't watch any shows that were not animated. It also was not a smart TV so we couldn't log in to any streaming service. You had to watch what ever happened to be on cable, so we watched the Disney channel all night. After a long day at the water park we just wanted to relax and watch a movie with the kids and could not. This is a major oversite from a recently "renovated" hotel.

It is sad to see how corporate this property has become. 25 dollars a day for parking? I would have stayed somewhere else if I had known. Also, the housekeeper knocked on the door our last day because I overslept at it was 9:05 or something. She was deaf, and when I asked her for replacements for towels and other services throughout our stay, she could not understand me. Maybe they could have her work in an area that would make more sense. I get wanting to be inclusive, but it is very awkward to try to communicate with someone who smiles at you and points out their disability. Then she knocks on the door at 9:05? Really? The 1500 dollars or whatever couldn't buy me an extra 30 minutes. Also, a 9 am checkout time is insane. Period. We ate at the restaurant once. Ther service was as slow as molasses. Really slow. Not worth the 70 bucks we were charged. I chose this property because it is close to the theme park. everything in Knott's theme park is ridiculously priced. The only benefit was the discount on the tickets, but I doubt I will return to Knotts. I could just park nearby and shop at the outlets located outside the theme park. I was in town for a funeral, and I wanted to do something nice for my kids in between. At this point, I doubt I will not return to this area. Santa Barbara was much nicer, cheaper, and I did not have to pay the hotel for parking. (eyeroll). Sad to see what this place is becoming.

Great stay! Check in was easy, the room was clean and decent size and the AC worked great! I loved that they have a Starbucks on property and a couple restaurants. Beautiful hotel, will stay here again!

Great staff, clean room, and great location

It was next door to Kntt's Berry Farm. The staff kept our rooms clean and well-supplied.

Everything you need in one spot
