The staff were so helpful, excellent customer service! The laundry machines have an organized queue with a QR code. The view and the location on the side of the building wasn't the best, customer service makes me want to return!

The room is quite small but enough for 2 luggages max. The room is clean and airconditioning too is good, I like it cool. But I am not happy with the pillow it is too soft while the bed for me is quite hard but to some they prefer it that way. Location is good because just at the back of the train station. Receptionists have good English speaking skills, easier to communicate. They also have laundry but I wasnt able to try.
