Staff is wonderful even if almost nobody speaks english. We got a very early checkin and they helped us the best they could during our stay. They even called a taxi for us.
The location is amazing, not even 100 metres from the beach. Nothing luxurious of course but for the price you can't find a better deal. We rented bicycles to explore the coast.

I’ve stated five star properties and four star properties throughout Korea and this hotel is by far the best one I’ve been to even though it’s 2 1/2 stars. In my book, it should get 10 stars. The people that work here are extremely kind. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and well laid out and the hotel colors and designs were beautiful. It’s also only meters from the beach and walkable to every area you want to get to. Everything about this place is exceptional. You can’t go wrong staying here.

Clean and spacious room. Free parking and friendly staff. No beach view as it is about a minute or two away from the beach. About 15-20 minutes away by walking to Chodang Tofu Village.

Fantastic Excellent service given by the staff, always very helpful and smiling. Coffe, tea and others drinks are offered for free all the time.The hotel is clean, the room too. The seaside is 5mn away. Get to downtown is a little complicated without a car, but taxis aren't expensive.

Love that it was located near the beach, had a nice walk along the coast every evening we were there.
The pastel theme of the room is lovely. Room was clean and well equipped as well. Love the common area, there were gaming stations, a vending machine with interesting drinks (free!) and a small supermarket selling snacks, ramyeon and icecream!
The staff were super friendly and lovely too. Would come back again to this place if I'm back in Gang Neung.

Great location with easy access to the beach. Free drinks from vending machine in the lounge. Friendly staff. My one problem that made the hotel stay unpleasant was inability to control temperature. It seems like temperature is regulated by front desk, and thermostat does not change temp in the room. It was Oct and chilly at night, but my room temp was at 29 C no matter how low I moved the thermostat. Ended up opening window to cool, but it was too loud with window open and couldn't sleep well. On 2nd night, I asked for a fan and slept with a fan in late Oct!

this hotel is fairly newly built. although quite a distance from Gangneung ktx, at least it's walking distance from the beach! very good place to relax. there's also great facilities with game machines, free coffee and drinks
room was spacious and fairly clean, if you can ignore the computer in the room, not sure why Korean rooms have a computer. floor was heated and great, bathroom was large as well. would revisit!
