Thank you for booking Prince Plaza II Makati! Please be advised of our updated hotel check-in requirements and stay policies: - Please present your hotel voucher/s along with at least 1 Government-issued ID or passport upon check-in. The hotel may sometimes need to see the credit card used during booking for verification. - Our standard check-in time is at 2:00PM onwards and check-out time is at 12:00noon at the Hotel Front Desk. - Security deposit of PHP2,000 for 1-3 nights stay or PHP4,000 for 4 nights and above will be collected per room upon check-in and refunded upon check-out should there be no incidentals incurred during the stay. - Child policy: Children 0-4 years old can stay free-of-charge. Children aged 5 years old and above will be charged Adult rate. -Our hotel facilities such as gym and swimming pool are now open (subject to change without prior notice). Due to the restricted capacity, please note that advance reservation for the use of the swimming pool and gym is required and can only be arranged after check-in. Maximum of two (2) guests only will be allowed per room per hour in the swimming pool and the gym. - Only in-house guests are allowed to use the hotel amenities. -Maximum of two (2) visitors is allowed to go up to the guest floors/rooms until 10:00PM only. Visitors must register at the Hotel Front Desk and present 1 valid Government-issued ID and full vaccination card (subject to changes / hotel policy). - All special requests such as Early Check-in, Late Check-out, Bedding type (queen or twin beds), Adjacent Rooms etc. are all still subject to room availability upon check-in. - Pets are not allowed inside the property. - Parking space can be arranged at PHP300 per day per slot with our Hotel Reception upon check-in. We are unable to book this in advance as parking slots are on a first come, first served basis. -Request for OFFICIAL RECEIPT – Please ensure that you have selected “Pay at the Hotel” as mode of payment should you require an Official Receipt from the hotel. The hotel can only issue the Official Receipt if the guest has paid directly at the Hotel Front Desk. The hotel cannot provide an Official Receipt for payments done online.
