Stayed with kids

First impression we are a hard working family and felt really judged when we walked in the door. Reception was friendly but when we got to the room it was underwhelming I booked for 4 people we didn’t have enough towels. My partner went downstairs to get more towels and his room key stopped working. He went to the front desk and interrogated him about him staying in the hotel. Room had a strange smell when we walk in it. Over priced for what we got. Will not be returning

Two long wavy dark pubic hairs were found on one pillow and next to the bathroom sink. The room was spotless except for the pubes. Like seriously it looked intentional.
