The staff were very friendly, there was never a time that you were not greeted by a staff member no matter what there role was there. We felt so welcome!

The resort sits along one of the island’s most serene stretches of coastline, where the sound of the waves becomes the soundtrack to your stay and every sunrise feels like it was painted just for you. With its lush tropical gardens, wide-open views of the lagoon, and architecture that blends seamlessly with the natural beauty around it, the Outrigger creates an atmosphere that is both luxurious and deeply calming. I can only praise the warm, friendly service and the delicious variety of dining options, from fresh seafood by the beach to beautifully prepared Mauritian dishes that showcase the island’s rich culinary heritage. The resort offers a wide range of activities to suit every mood, from peaceful mornings at the spa to afternoons filled with snorkeling or paddleboarding, and evenings spent enjoying live music under the stars. I stayed as a solo traveller but families also love the vibrant kids’ club, couples adore the romantic beachfront setting, it really is a perfect place to unwind and relax. But what truly elevates the Outrigger experience is the staff. The rooms are so outdated and not clean.

Dirty room,blood spots on the chair, bedcovers, curtains,dirty pool,terrible noise till night from the bar, terrible breakfast with old food, small parking space, slow staff. Terrible, overpriced hotel. Never again

Excellent property, a bit dated with old rooms and furniture... the main pool had some leaves and wasn't cleaned regulary... Would have been excellent in its glory... Decent breakfast and good service

The gym wasn't working and when it finally was opened, some equipment was not working and broken. Waiters at main restaurant are young and inexperienced. Limited activities, especially when watersports was often not allowed due to weather, even if it wasn't that bad. When arriving the full-board inclusive options were offered and taken, but turns out what the representative told us as being the "full cost" turned out to be a per day rate. I should have checked what I signed but they should learn to communicate more clearly

Grounds and beach were lovely. Options for eating were poor. We did not go all inclusive do paid MUR 3700 for the buffet for 2. Very expensive for bland food, puddings were gelatinous and ice cream full of ice chips. Very disappointing food. Pool lovely. Beach and walks nice
