The only thing I liked about our stay was the convenient walking distance to the beach. What I did not like was the lack of privacy in the shower area, the restaurant and bar being closed without any prior notice before our arrival, and the very small closet space, which made it difficult to hang pants and dresses. Overall, these issues negatively impacted our experience.

The hotel is very well located, and the staff are professional and attentive; however, the property unfortunately needs more care, renovation, and maintenance. The carpets are old, and the poolside shower doesn't work. There is a very nice, cozy terrace on the fourth floor, but the bar there—like the two bars on the ground floor—is not operating; it is a shame, as they could be very profitable. We were informed that the restaurant and café were closed because they had been sold. The basement club isn't bad. It is a very beautiful hotel, but it lacks essential services for guests; the closets are very small. The valet parking service is very convenient, professional, and good. The property has untapped potential—a pity for such a lovely place that could offer much more luxury and comfort. We appreciate the service provided by Ricardo (security) and Gret (front desk), as well as the housekeeping and valet parking staff. We plan to return and hope the bars, restaurants, and café will be open by then; it is also necessary to renovate some rooms and repair the shower and pool area.

Room is shabby , tired looking , room service never came for 2 days ! Driver was leaking nothing was done about tit , when I arrived in my room there was a poo in my toilet which clearly cleaners never checked and cleaned , carpets are old and in need of refit ! Balcony furniture fabric was torn ,and dirty. Breakfast not worth the money no fresh food only bagels and eggs . Staff have attitude and are lazy . Hotel charges you for beach beds even if you don’t use them such a scam never will I stay here again

There is a nightclub in the basement and the music was “pumping” all night. I could. It go back to bed. When I called the front desk she informed me about it and my room was next to the elevator so it’s just comes right through. It was awful!

The hotel does not seem to enforce any noise control for guests. On two consecutive nights, people in nearby rooms were playing loud jazz and music that could easily be heard from the hallways. The noise continued until around 3–4 AM and was loud enough to wake us up in the middle of the night, yet the staff did nothing to address it. Additionally, unlike other hotels in the same area, this property does not provide direct access to the beach.
