Hotel is old, staff at front desk no manner, attitude problem, you just don’t feel welcome. room carpet and curtains were so dirty, hotel need to be renovate, don’t trust the pictures when you book on any websites, false advertisement. overpriced breakfast with cheap food (400 Twd). With that amount of money go outside and grab breakfast, much better.

The hotel is average, but there is mold in the washroom shower. I have to ask front desk to assist in changing to a room that has cleaner shower.

Room was not clean well. Spots on restroom sink counter. Floor does not appear to be cleaned. Pillow cover has holes everywhere and rain water shower head is broken. Overall a bad experience.

兩大一小的入住體驗。早上7點多，有個白目的多歲人（老人）竟然會有機會去誤觸警鈴，吵得整棟的人都無法休息，響了好久才停息。服務員也想安撫大家的疑惑跟情緒，但是被吵到驚醒的心情，開頭不是很好的一天。

Very clean rooms and laundry located on the lobby floor. Location is perfect. If you are sensitive to smoke, skip using the stairs between guest floors and lobby as people smoke in the stairs. Still, would definitely stay again as this is my second time staying with FX Hotel.

I arrived at 2:55pm. Reception made me wait the 5 minutes until 3pm to check in. That was ridiculous. Poor reception staff is the main problem. Unfriendly The best staff were at the restaurant at breakfast. Very nice. Although the food selection was limited compared with other hotels. My room was a bit threadbare with marked walls and scratched floor.
