Prima hotel, vlakbij het strand. Goed onbijt. Aardige hotelmedewerkers.

Personnel sympathique et dévoué, hôtel moderne, très propre et confortable, bonnes infrastructures. On entend la musique des bars en face jusqu'à 23h. Un bon buffet pour le petit déjeuner, très varié mais un peu pauvre du côté occidental.

towels are looked dirt, doors in the dinning room are not closed flies everywhere. Morning food prefer more local food

It was a torture to stay in a Dark Room meant for a Hard Core Criminal who gets punished to serve the jail term in a Room with no windows in room and toilet. There was no light and was unable to know the time of the day whether it was morning or evening or night. No WiFi in the room. I had booked a smoking room which never had any natural ventilation. It was a futile effort in seeking help from your local contact or help center. It was a great humiliation and an act of misrepresentation. Will Hotels.Com confirm that Hotel Rooms without windows conform to International Standards of Hotel Rooms? I seek complete refund for this hotel booking and in the interest of your customers, please do not sell such rooms which conform to Condemned Cell meant for Hard Core Criminals.

Nice hotel with large rooms, good breakfast and swimming pool

It was one of the best deals we've had on a great hotel in Tanjung Pandan, Belitung.

The bedrooms are large with comfortable large bed with good air conditioning. Some bedrooms are internal (no window). The staff are friendly. The breakfast has good choices. The evening meal was not so tasty, so the other evenings we eat across the road in a bistro (Unique Bistro Café) by the beach. We didn't use the beach nearby for swimming, but we did go on an 'island hopping' boat trip which was fabulous. We visited Belitung for the total eclipse which was spectacular.

Good except water
