Cleanliness was great in the room. The 711 is right downstairs making it convenient. The subway was just across the way only a min or two walk. I did find it strange that the breakfast included was across the street but it was still delicious none the less

I was impressed as to how spacious our room was compared to others that we stayed at in Japan. Our room was clean and welll maintained. My only gripe was the bed was really hard, but that seems to be the norm for Japan.
The picture of the breakfast was not to impressive, but once I ate it, I actually enjoyed it (it was a large slice of bread) from Komeda Coffee, a restaurant across the street from the Hotel.
There is no restaurant on the premises.
The neighborhood around the hotel has numerous restaurants and stores, including a Daimaru and Mitsukoshi. The train exit that we took was exit 6 of the
tenjin minami station. I also was not happy that there were only stairs to exit this particular station.
If you have heavy luggage, it is something to think of.
It is no fault of the hotel though.
About a 4-5 minute walk from the station exit.
All in all, I will most definitely be back !!

Fantastic Stayed here during a 17 hour layover in Fukuoka en route to Thailand. Very wonderful hotel with excellent staff. Despite my short stay I got to see the city and enjoy some of the local food. The hotel is extremely well located and the price was phenomenal. All the staff were extremely courteous and professional. The room is small but has everything you need, definitely a great option for anyone wanting to see the city!
