Great resort

This was the BEST stay I have ever had, anywhere in the world. The most incredible part was the staff - they were exceptional!! Excellent!! The best!!! All of them were just so kind, caring and always helpful. They made us feel welcome every single day. Andy was particularly lovely and welcoming, but all of them were seriously incredible. We would 1000% come back again. The facilities were also amazing, the pool variety kept us always happy to relax at the hotel, the spa was wonderful, the breakfast was delicious, pool side cocktails were wonderful, and the location couldn’t be better! Also a very recognisable and accessible entrance for transport, so never had to go onto the busy road to wait for transport. This should absolutely be the top place to stay in Bali - 10/10 for us.

This was the 4th stay for our family. Always friendly helpful staff. Greet you personally throughout your stay, very accommodating with our big group. Rooms always very clean and they fixed the shower with poor water pressure without us even asking! Best breakfast buffet we all have had, played the Soccer World Cup games at all hours of day and night for the guests. I love the 25m pool for laps in the mornings. Great way to have a holiday. Highly recommend.

I thought property was nice close to shops etc Staff very friendly Would be nice if they changed breakfast options as was the same for 4 days but still a lot to choose from We stayed in deluxe room and nice big room Furniture a bit shabby They need more loungers at the back pool W would stay again as was good valuev

Great resort with the loveliest staff. We stayed for 1 week & was an ideal base - great amenities if you just want to relax by a pool. Easy to get around - short taxi to the beach or beach clubs (Potato Head next door). Lovely spacious room with large balcony & great choice at breakfast.

Friendly staff, Great breakfast buffet, kid friendly. Walking distance to many restaurants, shopping areas, convenience stores, and the beach.

Our experience was amazing. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, willing to go the extra step if required to meet our needs. Food and beverage were very good, we found ourselves frequently staying to eat on the resort. One very important and nice detail I payed attention to is that what you pay for and request is what is billed to you, no extra charge or fee like I have experienced with other resorts. This resort is very professional and I would come again!

We had an amazing stay at Montigo Resort. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed, making it so easy to get around and explore. The resort itself was beautiful, and the food onsite was consistently great with plenty of variety. Everything about our stay felt seamless and relaxing. Would definitely return and highly recommend to others looking for a comfortable and well-located getaway.
