We really enjoyed our stay at the Manor! It's an adorable property and the service was great. The only thing i would suggest is that the bathroom in the cottage couple use a fresh coat of paint.

This guest house is truly a gem. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The self service kitchen I well stocked. The neighborhood is walkable with lots of awesome restaurant and bar options. The staff were incredibly accommodating to our needs and this was our second stay here. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Auckland!

We stayed for 1 night (New Years Eve) as we were eating nearby with friends and it was very convenient to stay here and get a good night sleep. Had a lovely view of Auckland city and the sky tower. No parking on site though and so had to park on a side street further away as there was no parking on the road in front of the place either.

My sister and I stayed here this weekend and what a beautiful spot. So convenient to the CBD but also right in the thick of it on Ponsonby Rd with loads of cafes and shops around.
We were concerned about being on main road and traffic noise but slept like babies! The allows are amazing.
Wonderful place, great trip and will definately book to stay here again. Thanks

Charming and comfortable hotel in a walkable neighborhood. Lovely garden. Really nice kitchen, so you can cook if you like. Staff went above and beyond to help me with a few problems related to my stay in Auckland.

Rooms are so tiny that you will have to step over your suitcase to get to the bathroom. The house is pretty and the shared kitchen and garden are a big plus. The ad said there was parking but when we arrived there was no information about where that parking might be so we had to park on the street for $44/day.
