I personally loved it and recommend it 100%. Everything is designed and done for children. It's like the name says, magical moments. All the staff are super attentive and friendly, especially Juanita. You won't regret visiting. ❤️❤️❤️

Toilets didn’t work. Rooms had lots of water damage. It felt like I was going to fall thru the floor. Lots of water damage on dresser and roof. Breakfast was horrible. I wasn’t on the list to eat. Hard boiled eggs with meatballs for breakfast. Stay away at all cost

The pool and the furniture around it are excellent! The playground was nice with a couple of broken items. The kids zone was good, we played foosball, but we couldn’t get the Xbox to work.
