Stayed with family

Everything was great, including the location, staff, and convenience. However, for about 90% of my stay, I didn’t feel safe. Every night, around 12mn-2am, someone would try to open my doorknob. I have a doorknob alarm that would turn on every night, confirming my suspicion.

The staff are well groomed and trained. The building needs an update. Room is clean but smells like old wood. Bathroom needs an improvement. Mirror has water stains, faucet is old and rusty, bidet faucet has mold.

I stayed in a room that’s not safe to begin with because the lock is not secured so anybody could easily open it up. Also, the place is not clean at all and it looks really old.
