The heater was set on the warmest option yet the room was still cold. The reception is not staffed after 6pm so we could not get any help to address this or the issue with Netflix. Although the indie says you can login to your own Netflix account there was an error message when pressing the Netflix button- saying it could not connect. The room was fine other than those things.

I stayed for 7 days in a villa. The rooms get cleaned everyday with fresh towels and linen and throws your thrash out. I lost some items after checking out and tried contacting the hotel via email and their contact us page and even via message on Expedia. There was practically no answer. Their counter only has one staff present and I am wondering if there is any customer service at all. Any hotel I stayed in all around the world would ask what I want to do with any items left behind.

Spent 4 nights here in a one bedroom suite. Pleasantly surprised at how quiet the rooms are even on weekend nights when other establishment within the complex are open. Terrific view from the balcony, enjoyed sitting watching the weather come in over the ocean - eever changing landscape. Highly recommend

Very nice apt in an amazing location! The balcony & view were - WOW. Shame we were there in winter so too cold to sit outside. Nice to be above the various restaurants. Great to have a bath.

Unfortunately the room had just been painted less than 48 hours before we arrived. A late check in at night meant no changes could be made. Lovely size room though no exhaust fan and a few items fall off the wall didn’t make for a great visit

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities were excellent, the location was convenient, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others.
