the bed was like a hard haystack with a topper on it.......... the table had uncleaned food marks on it! the coffee machine covered in dust as was the little kitchenette cove, not cleaned out otherwise a great concept, love the artwork, location but a good nite sleep and cleanliness is my priority so wont be returning.....

The location was amazing - so easy to grab the tram to dinner! Room was well set up and we had a lovely view of the parkland behind. My only negative is that it was a shower over bath - with some limitations in my mobility it was awkward to get in and out and I felt like I could easily slip using the shower.
