Stayed with partner

Parking was a struggle, took £100 damage deposit (told me £50) and I’ve still not had it back 5 days later. Also had to pay for parking. Breakfast was good though and only £10 if your a member

Stayed with kids

Booked a room with a sofa bed, but no sofa bed was found in the room. Apparently sone of the rooms have not been finished yet. During the second stay, there was no cold water pressure so was unable to have a shower. The shower was either scolding hot, but as soon as the cold water was switched on there was not enough pressure so the shower stopped working. Breakfast staff were friendly. You could tell the staff were aware and shared frustrations of things not working or being where they should have been. Definitely would not recommend in its current state.

Solo stay

I resent having to pay £10 for parking at such an out of town location. This is a rip-off. The food was terrible at the hotel as well - I would not stay again.

Hotel is going through renovations but my room was not finished parts not plastered and painted staff said this is normal procedure to put people in unfinished rooms

Fantastic

Stayed with family

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful with adjusting the temperature in the rooms, additional bedding. The staff at the bar were excellent, very patient, kind and friendly. Overall, staff and facilities were great despite the ongoing redecorations going on at the minute.
