The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was near the major transportation center easy to navigate and us after a long day of exploring. I would stay here again.

Hotel is in a great location just a few steps from the Hachijo exit of Kyoto station. The room and bathroom was very clean. Good sized room. Breakfast offers a good choice of Japanese and western dishes. The breakfast area can get a little hectic but is well managed. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and kind.

Right next to Kyoto Station so very convenient for public transportation. Only a 5 minute walk. 7eleven access directly from the hotel was super useful for getting provisions for the day. Rooms are very clean and spacious.

Stayed in this hotel in May, had a wonderful time, very accessible to everything , having 7/11 connected to the hotel is a bonus , will definitely coming back to this hotel next time when we were in Kyoto.

The room was clean. It looked new. The staff was kind and efficient. The breakfast buffet was good. The room wear was very comfortable, so I ordered a pair from their online store! The location of the hotel is convenient and perfect for sightseeing Kyoto...just one minute from the shinkansen side of Kyoto Station, a convenience store on the first floor and you can access from the hotel lobby. There is a taxi stand is right next to the hotel, too.
