Fantastic
Everything about this hotel is stellar from the staff to the plus bedding in the rooms. Someone was always available to assist or ask questions and make the stay more enjoyable. Having stayed at this hotel multiple times for business, the bar and restaurant also offer a wonderful venue for meetings or an after dinner drink. Whisky selection at the bar is excellent.

Stayed with kids

Everything here was so fantastic! The staff are all so friendly and helpful, the rooms are spotless, the food is yummy, and the decor is unique! Great location too (right by the Elizabeth line) so makes getting there from the airport a cinch. It’s also right by the theaters, great shopping and restaurants! Definitely check it out!

GREAT, they actually hold the door for you! From the luggage crew, front desk, bar, room keep all the way to management, everyone it’s working around the clock to make your stay goes as smooth as possible, very impressive. Will be back in a heart bit.
