La verdad es que el servicio fue pésimo porque el staff fue muy agresivo, nose si por que no valoran ya a los clientes especialmente si eres latino, primero la recepción solo tenia dos empleados y la fila estaba muy larga, luego quieren que pases a otra recepción para que vallas a una "presentación " que en realidad te quieren convencer para que afueras lo compres... terrible, después el cuarto estaba bien aunque la tina de baño estaba tapado... y nos dimos cuenta hasta que nos bañamos en la noche, es verdaderamente una tristeza era mi lugar favorito de Las Vegas pero desafortunadamente no más la comunicación entre el front desk y los empleados es nula tuvimos un problema con el cambio de cama y nunca fueron a ser el cambio de sobrecamas hasta el día siguiente... y así sucesivamente pedí hablar con supervisor y después con el manager y fue peor error que hice ya que era muy rudo, grosero y prepotente...

This is the 3rd time I stayed here I didn’t have a problem in the pass but this time The room we stayed in the bathroom were not clean I had to clean them and I also had to change the sheets on one of the beds because it had makeup on them I don’t think they had been changed

The water slide for the little kids was awesome. However the restroom for our room had mold in the grout. The grout in the shower tub had black mold.
