Fantastic
Best staff. Best location and best breakfast in Rome. I have stayed many many times in Rome and this Hotel is by a margin the best. The welcome from front desk is like coming to an old friends home. The advice and recommendations are from a true local. Service is impeccable.

Property is as advertised. View of Pantheon is great and property and rooms are clean. Room service did a great job. The morning of my departure, the hot water did not work. Took off points for that. 2 of the nights I was there, it was too loud to sleep at all. Wed night there was a woman outside screaming from 1 am to 5 am. Thursday night there was some even louder bizzarre schreaching noise coming from outside from 2-4 am. If you book this, keep in mind that it is VERY BUSY at night and all through the day time. But the night time traffic makes it LOUD. It doesnt quiet down until 11 pm at best, and if you are unlucky, youll have a screaming woman or some other sound keeping you up the rest of the night.
