Our flight was cancelled, so force majeure, but they would not change or refund despite that. Very unkind. Typical Danish greed.

It was a good enough stop over, at least it a good location and the rooms are clean. Otherwise its just a decent stay. Im finding that last minute hotels in Copenhagen are very pricey, maybe more than Zurich.

Access card automatically disabled after 11 am checkout time, can't even use the toilets in the reception. Luggage storage after 11:00 am isn't free - in fact quite expensive. Reception staff are quite bureaucratic.

Solo stay

I needed an early check-in, and I had to pay for an upgrade. I don't really know what the upgrade was, as the room was really basic and I didn't see anything different from the one that I booked. Also, I stayed for 2 nights, and the room wasn't cleaned the second day.

Rooms were small and basic but guess that goes with the price. However, we left an item and returned for a few days later. There seems to be no way the front desk people to contact the cleaning crew to see if an item was discovered. Instead -- we had to find a web page, submit a form and wait a few days for a response. Even though were in town for 2 days - it took longer and now we can only ship the item at a cost of 60 USD. Tell me why, hotel staff are not allowed to communicate with each other?????

Adequate. Slightly awkward communications. We only found the coffee on day 2 and some fellow travellers never found the breakfast they paid for. Again awkward to drag our suitcases over the cobblestone streets
