Stayed with kids

Some more maintenance could be done. Refrigerator was not working and when I went to check if it was plugged it, there were piles of dust behind. Toilet seat had some clear glue like substance on it, maybe residual cleaner. Overall clean otherwise. The facilities are starting to look dated but kept it good shape. I wish I knew about the free shuttle before I walked 20 minutes from the train station. Free Landry machines are a nice touch with QR code to check machine status.

The hotel is dated. There is an ‘old wood, old carpet’ smell in the hallways. The room also had an old smell but was bearable with airconditioning. Thw location was great. The view of the Kobe port was great. The staff was wonderful.

We enjoyed the location of the Hotel. It was very easy to find and locate. There were many places to eat and shop Easy to walk for viewing scenic places. Amenities were very good with coffee and tea.

Hotel has great views and location. Rooms are clean and spacious although the mattress was really hard. Concierge was helpful booking dinner but couldn’t help us find a doctor for a medical situation.
