Exceptional experience! I am absolutely thrilled with everything and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The service and overall experience exceeded my expectations. Thanks to all the staff here for making my stay so wonderful! A special thank you to Sy and Ngoc—these two are magnificent, incredibly friendly, and helpful. Sy went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy, and even arranged our transportation to the airport. Exceptional service!

Our room had a wonderful ocean view and was clean with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and polite. They were very helpful. Loved the buffet breakfast each morning. Only a 15 minute drive to Hoi An Old Town and a casual 10 to 15 minute stroll to An Bang Beach Village.

Room was clean, however a very long distance from the pool and beach. Private beach and pool were fantastic, as was the gym. Buffet breakfast offered a range of choices.

We had a fabulous time at the Pearl, from reception to house keeping everyone is happy to welcome you as family and is genuinely pleased you have chosen their hotel. We stayed in a superior room on the 3rd floor with seperate lounge and bedroom. Both rooms were huge and each had an ocean view balcony. The bedroom had plenty of storage and the bed was delightfully soft. The bathroom was well equipped with toiletries and spotless, large walk-in shower and plenty of towels. We stayed 10 nights so had extras included like 6 pieces of laundry each day, mini-bar refilled and afternoon tea. The resort is beautifully maintained by friendly staff inside and out. The vast pool area with various water depths was very safe for all ages and no fighting over loungers as they were plentiful. Steps down to the beautiful beach had more seating. The included breakfast was substantial and had all options hot and cold, as we were there for Reunification weekend it was very busy but tables were available and the Manager apologised which was a nice touch. The on-site eating is limited but that could be quiet season. An Bang is 1km walk along the road or beach where the choice of amazing food is endless. There is a free shuttle bus to Hoi A but limited times and the last bus home was 6pm, a little too early but a Grab taxi/bike was so cheap it didn't matter. We looked at the apartments for future family visits and the 2 bed/bathroom would be ideal for parents and kids, amazing hotel.

They want to charge be 8,460,00 for two loads of laundry. My fiancé also got a skin rash from the pool. They add too much chlorine. Not to mention the beach is restricted to a kid size area where you can’t even go out beyond the wave break. If your going to restrict guest to a single area at least invest in a grimace area. P.S. In Vietnam hotels have no authority over beaches, you can ignore them. But this hotel will threaten you if you don’t go to swim area dispute having absolutely no legal right to do so. Make it bigger then a kids pool or let us swim.

Stay elsewhere this place is an overpriced 3 star facility...

Stayed for 3 weeks it was wonderful. The staff were amazing and the facilities were great. Internet was great and we had 6 pieces of laundry free per day. Breakfast was fantastic, the pool area was fantastic. We never had one issue in the whole three weeks we stayed.

Property was aging, breakfast was good, there was a large selection. Staff were good. Room was ok, was noisy, able to hear other guests.

The property is a little run down and there are many vacant storefronts. It is still a nice hotel overall, but the photos online are somewhat misleading. The service staff personnel were very friendly and helpful.

The resort is huge and has much to offer. Big pool, convenience store for late night snacks, restaurant, large morning buffet. Lots to see and do. It looks like this resort offered much more in the past but covid might have caused a lot of places to close. Would definitely stay here again.
