We absolutely love this hotel. It is walkable to Otaru Canal and Sankaku Market. We do not have a parking lot on 1st day but it is not an issue as there are plently of options nearby. Family Mart is few steps away. The breakfast was good quality. We enjoyed it very much every morning and picked a 9am slot for non peak timing. The public bath was small and decent.

It’s a 15 min walk from the station. If you take a taxi it’s less than 600 yen to the Hotel.

Solo stay

Clean rooms and mainly friendly staff but very busy, so hard to get fast service. Very convenient for the canals and main shopping streets but about a 10 minute uphill walk to the main Otaru station and about a 20 minute walk to Minami Otaru station up the main tourist shopping street.
