Stayed with kids

Clean room. Carpet a bit tired. Poor ventilation in bathroom was an unfortunate disadvantage. Staff excellent. Breakfast very good too.

The bed and pillows are absolutely terrible. It’s also a motel that you have to walk outside and around the building to go into the lobby for breakfast. I think they offered dinner but no one was ever there for dinner. Breakfast was decent and all the hotels/motels in town are scenic.

Fantastic
Great room 611 , so had a great view facing towards Glacier Alps , any room around this number where have same view so would suggest asking for any of these rooms , close to restraurants , offstreet parking , great value , didnt do breakfast but am sure it was great also.

Parking - very good Check-in - excellent and helpful Room readiness and cleanliness - very good Bathroom + toiletries - good Bed - poor with a hump in the middle Pillows - good Guest laundry - yes In house restaurant - very good. Nice menu. Locality - very close to town centre, restaurants, cafe’s, gas station Summary - nice place to stay. Sadly the double bed had a hump in the middle which was a bit uncomfortable. Overall - recommended!

Oh I know I marked such a low score I wasn’t able to stay I booked to stay as the site said distance close to mt cook Only if you have a helicopter not if you are driving from lake tekapu Ps I want able to cancel as my gps said 8 hrs
