A/C worked well. They accommodated my Jeep and 5x8 utility trailer without hesitation. The room was surprisingly clean and had all the basics - TV, microwave, fridge (no freezer), etc. Plenty of electrical outlets for charging devices.

The “Supervisor” demanded $250 after being checked in for the first night. She stated we smoked in the room, which we did not (we are non-smokers with an asthmatic child). She demanded a pet fee for my ESA, stating a cat cannot be an ESA per Google. I offered to provide her my medical documentation from the VA as I am a disabled veteran. She then stated I also didn’t pay for a child, as my booking stated two adults. I asked for a manager and was told I could pay the $250 or she was calling the police. We left, due to the clear discrimination and refusal to work with us. Highly do not recommend this, we didn’t even make it back to Six Flags for our trip as we had to leave ur hotel a day early. Pretty awful experience!

The clerk who checked me in was super nice! The room wasn't swept and the room looked like it had a quite a few repairs done. I should have complained to the front desk about the people next door but it was just a quick stay.

Air conditioner didn't work and was leaking water. No housekeeper can to the room for the entire stay which was four days. They claim the sheets couldn't be cleaned from stains. When they never tried to clean them. Wanted me to pay $130 for the sheets. When I didn't they called the sheriff and put me out. Before my checkout date. Don't Recommend

The staff was wonderful. The night clerk helped me in a difficult situation that was out of both of our hands. Instead of turning me away he went out of his way to help. Thank you!
