The facility is well maintained and very convenient, high-tech. There’s even a Family Mart convenience store at ground level a little bit behind the hotel just need to walk over from hotel lobby, which is essential for travelers. And the hotel breakfast is buffet style that combine Chinese and western varieties that are all fresh ingredients, including an egg station which is a plus! All of the staffs are courteous and professional. In summary, this is a pleasant stay!

Great
Breakfast was fantastic, but the executive lounge could have offered better food. The light dinner and snacks were a bit of a miss — not just for me, as some of the dishes were barely touched every night. Overall, the staff was excellent, the rooms were clean, and while the hotel may be a little dated, the location is fantastic. We had just come from staying at the W Shanghai - The Bund in a suite on the 33rd floor, so perhaps my expectations were set a little high. That said, this was still a very nice hotel in a great location and offered good value for the money.

We have a beautiful suite room , very clean as well as superb location right in front of apm mall / Wangfujing pedestrian area, easy to walk or get a metro . All staffs are very professional as per Hilton standard. Special mention to concierge Lee who helped us fixed our mobile internet connection, went above and beyond. Highly recommend hotel
