Great
The Good: Excellent location connected to a small mall and across from a large one. The rooms were very clean, breakfast had good options, and the staff was incredibly helpful—even offering room upgrades and a portable cooler.The Bad: The AC is a major problem hotel-wide. The temperature will not drop below 24°C, making the rooms feel very hot. Hilton needs to upgrade these units.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton in Beijing. The location was perfect—just a short walk to many key sites. The room was spotless and in excellent condition, and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. Overall, we had a great experience!

Clean and spacious room. Very convenient location which allows walking distance to most of the famous sites including forbidden city and Wangfujing. Staff is helpful, helping carrying our luggage, instructing directions etc.

One of the front desk lady staff she’s inattentive she promise to get back with us she never did. We arrived at 8:30am in the hotel lobby after 13.5 hrs flight we asked for early check in we’re willing to pay the difference she told us no available room and come back at 11am. At 11am she told us still no available room and told us to wait in the lobby she’ll let us know, around 12:30pm looking for her she’s gone for the day. The gentleman he’s so nice accommodate us immediately and resolved the issues.
