Poring is no doubt famous for its natural hot spring bath, but your adventure does not end there. Explore the beauty of the surrounding forest on the 43-metre treetop Canopy Walk. Nearby is the Butterfly Garden & Caterpillar House, home to a vast collection of tropical butterflies. Just a kilometer walk away is 10-metres height Kipungit Waterfall, and trek 3.4 kilometers further to the highest waterfall in Sabah (approximately 120-metres height), the Langanan Waterfall. Along the way to Langanan Waterfall is the Bat Cave, a perfect stop to learn more about the night creatures. And of course don’t forget to catch the rare sightings of the largest flower in the world, Rafflesia.
