Wonderful staff and service. The room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was great, no hot, noisy unit on the balcony which was large enough to enjoy the amazing view of Pattaya Bay. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the restaurant food was first class and reasonably priced. Looking forward to staying here again.

Great location to walk the beach/boardwalk strip and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Great pool options as well and wonderful views of the beach. Also good breakfast, service, and hospitality.

Stayed with family

This hotel chain has proven itself in the best possible way. Last year I stayed at one of their hotels in Krabi — the vacation was wonderful. This hotel is by no means inferior and, in some respects, even has an advantage: an excellent location in the city center, close to major shopping malls and the best restaurants. Good breakfasts and four stunning pools made the stay unforgettable. I was so impressed that I plan to celebrate the New Year 2027 in this hotel.

This was my 38th trip to Thailand and have stayed in MANY hotels in Pattaya--This was my 6th trip to Dusit Thani and love it for its location and for the greatness of their staff. I stay at the Dusit "Club"---costs a bit more but the perks are well worth it. On the downside---the hotel often hosts conventions and special events which makes for lots of people and sometimes some noise...but the Dusit Club is above it all--literally
