Good location and friendly helpful staff. Room was clean with a lovely view of the harbour. The only thing we didn’t like was the hard mattresses and uncomfortable pillows.

The sign for the hotel is not obvious and the entrance is very old and not like a hotel with 3 stars. The staff are helpful and the room is clean. The location is great to easy access ximending area.

Small but very well managed hotel in a busy neighbourhood. Room was great, bathroom modern and clean. Stayed in 4 Taiwan hotels over 2 weeks, absolutely the best all round when considering value for money.

Solo stay

Very clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom is the highlight, was new and modern with nice natural light. Room is somewhat small but a good size for a solo traveler (I was alone), or maybe for couples for a shorter stay. My only complaint is that the walls are pretty thin, I could hear the guest in the room next to mine snoring pretty loudly. I’m a deep sleeper, so it wasn’t an issue, just something to note. Front desk staff were helpful, great location in Ximending.

our room was clean, with a nice view of the cinema park and road behind the building. the location is good too, at the very edge of ximending, so it's quiet and calm. however, the room was quite small and doesn't really have any space to store any luggage, and (this seems to be a common theme across taiwanese hotels) very awkward places to hang towels.

Great location in a central area, especially for a first time visit to Taipei. The staff was really friendly and helpful, gave us some suggestions for things to do around the city and helped us with laundry. We had a windowless room (common in Taipei) and had no complaints. The air conditioning worked well and the room was small but comfortable for a couple.
