From start to finish, this was an impeccable Hotel experience. The kindness and professionalism demonstrated by all staff that we encountered was a breath of fresh air. Located just a 10 minute walk from the central train station, this is the perfect location to explore Sendai and the remainder of the Tahoku region.

Hotel was about ten minute walk from train station. As well as close to the main shops which is ten minutes. Room was a decent size and clean. No issues. Appreciated that they had not turned the aircon and set it to hot like so many hotels do as it would have been stuffy if just on heat. Amenities were minimal and no drip coffee bags like other hotels in Japan. We had a standard room with double bed and I would not recommend. We are both tall and it was small for us.

Fantastic Great location with a few blocks frim the train station and everything one needs can be found there. The room is spacious and clean and the Japanese style breakfast was excellent.

Hotel is clean and comfortable to stay in. Only downside is no coin laundry inside this hotel, need to walk about 6 minutes to nearby laundromat which is inconvenient especially if it’s raining.
