The Heartland is being renovated so from the outside it looks a little worn but the room was amazing with beautiful views across the lake . The room was spacious and heating was spot on. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel staff were not very helpful and could definitely improve their service. One of the main issues was the lack of parking, which was quite frustrating. The hotel also needs to provide more basic amenities such as water bottles, slippers, and similar essentials. Overall, the stay was okay and I had a decent experience, but due to these issues, I would not recommend it to others.---

Great stay - older property but well maintained, clean, comfortable, good breakfast and wonderfully friendly and attentive staff. Nice and handy for town too, only a short walk. Definitely coming back.
