Apartment was beautiful, spacious and in a good location, but the management of it let's it down. I had to chase them for instructions how to check in and this was still going on an hour before arriving at the property. Their guest app is not great and had errors when trying to complete. There was no WiFi at the property despite us telling management about it on several occasions and they then came with a portable box. We were also locked out of the property for 40 minutes and had to wait for maintenance to come and deal with it not what you want after a very long day. He then advised us that they got out dates wrong and thought we had checked out.

The apartment was beautiful. The location is fantastic, surrounded by places to eat. There is a lift which is convenient if you’ve got lots of luggage and the rooms are huge! The kitchen was really well equipped and we were even provided with a small cleaning box with handy supplied for washing up etc. the view from the balcony is great. It was about a 15 minute or so walk to a street full of clothes shops and some gaudi buildings, and about 25 minutes to the Basílica Sagrada Família. The place was clean. I couldn’t recommend it enough.
