Stayed with family · For friends and family

Lovely spacious room with loft space for the kids. Well appointed kitchen space. Only disappointment was the breakfast for the cost. Not worth booking breakfast when booking the room. Perfect place to sort your own food though.

Fantastic
The plase was exellent my kids like the layout. The only thing that I does not like was that there is not phone in the room. The restaurant has the same menu and us very limited.

I almost didn’t get in due to I cant present a physical ID, they wont even let me give a soft copy of my ID. This requirement is not posted on Hotels.com Also a £50 deposit is required. A promise of a 24H refund for the deposit but never happened.

Below average
Very old. The bathroom was awful. Mold everywhere in the bathroom. Shower door didn't open or close. Very disappointed. The manager was nice and offered 20% refund but only gave 10% back
